What the library costs, what the prompts need from you, and what this site will and will not tell you about Malaysian rules.
Cost and access
- Is this free?
- Yes. All 858 workflows and all 3,432 prompts, with no account and no trial that runs out. The only thing you pay for is the AI tool you paste them into, and the free tier of the main ones runs almost everything here.
- Do I need to sign up?
- No. Nothing is gated and there is no login. The email list is optional and does one thing — it sends the workflows added that week.
- Can I download the whole library as a PDF?
- No, and that is on purpose. Workflows get rewritten as Malaysian rules change, so a PDF is out of date from the week you save it and gives no sign of it. The pages are the copy that gets corrected.
Using the prompts
- Which AI tool do these work with?
- Any of the general ones — ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot. Nothing here depends on a feature only one of them has. Where a workflow needs other software the page names a category, “a CRM”, “a spreadsheet”, rather than a product, so the workflow survives you switching vendors.
- What do I replace the square brackets with?
- Anything in brackets is yours to fill in before you send it. Every prompt opens with
[industry]— put your trade in it. “Kopitiam”, “aircon servicing”, “freight forwarding”. The more specific you are, the less generic the reply. - Why four prompts for one workflow?
- Because they are four stages of the same job, in the order the work actually happens. Create writes the first draft. Analyse checks it against your numbers. Optimise fixes what the analysis found. Automate is only worth reaching for once the first three give you something you would be willing to send. Start with create, and run it manually first.
- Can I get the output in Bahasa Malaysia?
- Yes. Add “Reply in Bahasa Malaysia” to the end of any prompt. Keep the prompt itself in English — the output language is what your customer reads, and it does not have to match the language you instruct in. Mixed Malay and English works too, if that is how you already write to customers.
Malaysian rules
- Are these compliant with Malaysian law?
- No page here claims to be, and that is the design rather than a gap. No prompt on this site states a tax rate, a deadline or a contribution figure as fact — those change, and a stale number in a prompt becomes a stale number in your filing. Where a workflow touches a Malaysian institution the page names the authority to check with.
- What does “verified” mean on a workflow?
- That its Malaysian context has been rewritten against the authority’s own material, and that the page carries the agency to check with and the month it was last reviewed. It does not mean the page replaces the agency, and it never means a number on it is current. See what has been verified.
- Can I paste customer data into these prompts?
- You stay the data user under the PDPA whichever tool you use, so reduce the data before you paste. Most prompts work as well on “Customer A” as on a real name. The full explanation is here.
The library
- How often is it updated?
- New workflows land most weeks, and the email list is how they reach you. Pages that touch Malaysian rules are re-checked monthly rather than when somebody complains.
- I found something wrong. Who do I tell?
- Me, at hello@businessai.my. Corrections are the most useful thing anyone sends, and a Malaysian requirement that has changed is the most useful of those. Other ways to reach me.
- Can I use these with my own clients?
- Yes. Use them in your business, put them in your SOPs, run them for clients, charge for the work. No credit needed and no permission to ask for. What you may not do is republish the library itself as a competing collection — the terms spell out the line.
- Do you store what I type into the search box?
- No. Search runs inside your browser and the copy buttons never send anything anywhere. Nothing you type on this site reaches a server, ours or an AI model’s. The privacy policy has the detail.
