Privacy policy

This site is a reference library. It is built to be useful without knowing who you are, and it collects almost nothing.

The short version

You can read every workflow and copy every prompt without giving us anything. The only personal data we hold is an email address, and only if you typed one into a form on this site.

What we collect when you subscribe

Your email address, the page the signup came from, and the referring URL your browser sent. That is the whole record. We do not ask for your name, your company, or your phone number, and we do not store your IP address.

What we do with it

We email you when new workflows are added. That is the only thing we use it for. We do not sell your address, rent it, or pass it to anyone for their own marketing.

The prompts you run

Prompts are copied from this site and pasted into a tool you choose, such as ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini. We never see what you paste or what comes back. Whatever you put into those tools is governed by their policies, not ours. Check them before you paste customer data.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no advertising trackers. A session cookie is set only if you log in as an administrator, which does not apply to readers. Page analytics, when enabled, run on a self-hosted Umami instance that records page views without cookies and without profiling individuals.

Stopping abuse

The signup form counts recent attempts so it cannot be flooded. That count lives in memory for a minute, keyed to a one-way hash of the connection, and is then discarded. No address is written down, and the hash cannot be turned back into one.

Where it is stored

Subscriber records are held in a Supabase database. Access is limited to the site administrator, enforced at the database itself rather than in application code. Email delivery, when configured, is handled by a third-party provider that processes your address to send the message.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Unsubscribing stops the email; asking for deletion removes the record.

Your rights under the PDPA

The Personal Data Protection Act 2010 gives you three rights here. You can ask what personal data we hold about you. You can have it corrected. You can withdraw consent to us using it.

Asking us to delete your data

Email hello@businessai.my from the address you signed up with. We will remove the record and confirm when it is done.
